All reservations require a credit card guarantee or a deposit of first night room and tax. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours prior to arrival will result in a loss of the deposit.

How to register:
Registration can be completed by mail, fax or online via PayPal. To register by mail or fax, download the printable registration form. If you have a PayPal account, follow this link to the online registration.
Registration costs:
Early Bird Combo I (before February 28, 2011): $80.00
Early Bird Combo II (before May 31, 2011): $110.00
At-the-Door Combo: (after May 31, 2011): $182.00

Non-Combo Option
(This option allows you to register only for those events you plan to attend. No early bird rates are available.)
- Registration: $20.00 (Required for all)
- Program Book: $10.00
- Group Photo: $2.00
- Workshops: $50.00 for each day (Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday)
- Thursday Vendor Night Reception: $25.00
- Friday President's Night Reception: $25.00
- Banquet and entertainment: $100.00
- Entertainment only $50.00
Additional information:
- LUNCHEON & DINNER MEALS are not Included in the combo registration.
- BANQUET & ENTERTAINMENT are included the full Combo Registration.
- MEMBER Registration Fee for AAD & ARID is for current members in good standing.
- AAD MEMBER is included in the combo Registration fee for Active, Senior Citizen, and Students (College/University and K to12)
- ARID MEMBER is not included the Combo Registration Fee for Voting or Supporting. ARID members will need to renew their membership along with registration unless they are already members in good standing.
- Purchase Orders (PO) and personal checks will not be accepted after June 15, 2011.
Cancellation Policy
The following refund schedule for registrations is applicable in the event of cancellations, except for medical emergencies or death in family (written explanation is required).
